Libero Francesco Bisotto, Cuneo’s native, in his second year among the biancoblù startersof the A2 series; after his debut debut in the category three seasons ago, coach Giaccardi strongly wanted him on the roster.
A new challenge for Francesco ready to team up with his new and old teammates: «The expectations are very good as regards the new additions, it will be up to us to make them settle well, in order to become a united group on and off the pitch. The new coach immediately made a great impression on me, because just like me he strongly believes in both physical and technical work; also he has already introduced me to some aspects of the game that he would like to change and I am ready to do so. This year my main personal goal will be to take another level leap, having a year of experience behind me. I’m very enthusiastic and can’t wait to go back to the sports hall to train and play in front of our fans. ”
Great expectations from both the athlete and the person, coach Giaccardi has a lot of confidence in his place 2: “Last year the team achieved important goals, so in my opinion making too many changes was not the winning solution. Therefore, in addition to the grafts that we thought were right, we decided to start from a solid basis of safety and personality in reception. Francesco demonstrated last year that he can do well in the A2 category. I am convinced that it will be the right start for our game. I am very happy to have felt motivated and ready to work, there is nothing better for a coach than to have players willing to demonstrate their qualities and get in with a lot of work. “
