First days of the Superlega championship of the Emma Villas Aubay Siena are official. The seasonal debut in the Italian top league for the team coached by coach Paolo Montagnani will, as is well known, on Sunday 2 October in Trento against Michieletto and his teammates. The match will be played starting at 6 pm and will be broadcast live by Rai, thus guaranteeing great visibility for the event.
The seasonal home debut of the Sienese in the Superlega tournament will instead be seven days later. And it will be a fantastic and exciting afternoon, given that the Emma Villas Aubay Siena will face Perugia: the match will be played on Sunday 9 October at the PalaEstra starting at 18.
On the third day, the Sienese will be busy in Milan, but the match against Allianz will be played at a different time. The challenge will be played on Sunday 16 October starting at 3.30 pm.
On the other hand, the match of the fourth day will be brought forward. Which is also the moment in which the possibility of subscribing to subscriptions will end to be able to follow all the seasonal matches of the Emma Villas Aubay Siena at the PalaEstra. Coach Montagnani’s team will play against Piacenza on Saturday 22 October starting at 20.30.
Siena will also play the following match on Saturday. On the fifth day, the Tuscans will play in Lazio, at the home of the Top Volley Cisterna, on Saturday 29 October starting at 18.
Seven days later a trip to Veneto is scheduled for the biancoblu, the Sienese will go to play in Padua on Saturday 5 November at 6 pm.
After the test match carried out on Saturday afternoon against Sir Safety Susa Perugia at PalaBarton (and ended 3-1 for the hosts) the Sienese will resume their training today. With the arrival of Nemanja Petric, who will train with the group today, the team under the orders of coach Paolo Montagnani is now complete. In fact, Maarten Van Garderen and Giulio Pinali joined the group in recent days and also took part in the friendly match in Perugia.
The next test match for the Sienese is scheduled for Wednesday 21 September starting at 18: the challenge will be played at the Estra Forum in Chiusi and the opponent is Grottazzolina, a Serie A2 team already faced by the Sienese during this pre-season in a friendly match played in Abruzzo with the victory of the Tuscans (1-3 the final result of the challenge).
Meanwhile, the season ticket campaign continues, which is already giving excellent results and feedback.
