The third national category is about to live its fourth year. Twenty-eight teams will be at the starting line, fourteen per group, which will battle in twenty-six days of the Regular Season, up to the coveted Play Offs, which this year will enjoy a new and intriguing formula (a promotion slot up for grabs between the two first classified and one in the Play Offs) and any Play Outs to maintain Serie A. Without forgetting the Del Monte® Coppa Italia A3 (with possible Final Four) and Del Monte® Supercoppa A3 which will make the upcoming season even more exciting.
Several new clubs will take part in the championship, starting with the newly promoted M2G Green Stamplast Group Bari, Stadium Volleyball Mirandola, TMB Monselice and QuantWare Napoli, up to the new SMI Roma, WiMORE Parma, Erm Group San Giustino, and Sieco Service Ortona, the latter coming from Serie A2. It will be the team from Abruzzo, together with another “new” one in the league, Roma, who will kick off the tournament Saturday 8 October at 6.00 pm.
