A person who is always available and competent, passionate about sports and volleyball who has been appreciated over the years by all the sports halls in Italy with his “sporting” energy.

For Marolla: “I am happy to have chosen Pineto, I thank the company both for having strongly wanted you as an athletic trainer, and for having wanted to assign me this new position as Team Manager. I have always been in every single group over the years, I have tried to give my contribution to the players not only from a physical point of view and I believe that this prompted Abba to make me this proposal.
I will try to combine the two tasks in the best possible way. I am satisfied with the various reconfirmations that have been made because, for a trainer, resuming with a part of the group that you already know is an excellent starting point as you have a background on the work done, problems, critical issues, ceilings and points of force. I already have contact with everyone, including the new ones for a pre-preparation work that they are carrying out independently with my indications and they all seem really motivated and eager to start, after all the roster set up is of an absolute level and it could not be otherwise . Preparation is now close, as we will start after mid-August. I have already discussed several times with the rest of the staff. I meet my travel partner Loris Palermo who is really very important to me, I meet a coach who I believe will be able to make me progress a lot like Tomasello. Finally, I want to thank the guys who have taken other paths, because together we have grown in this last year and because the rides are remembered even if the epilogue was not the promotion.
