From an idea of Fabio Pagliara and Mauro Berruto, the movement looks forward to the values and the principles of sport as way of life, putting inside the key words of Italian constitution.
Aining to a sensibilization of the people toward the idea of sport, Cultura Italiae set a team of lawyers and jurists, Alfonso Celotto, Francesco Clementi, Davide De Lungo, Enrico Lubrano, Marco Plutino, Pierluigi Petrillo and Ida Nicotra.
