Good and important win for Azimut Modena on PGE Skra Belchatow in Champions League. With this 3-1 win over the polish, Modena clinched the first place in the Pool, giving to Tubertini’s team a good spot in the upcoming Playoff 12, the next round of Champions League.
It was a good game for Modena, after struggling a bit in second set, the team was leaded by italian national team opposite Luca Vettori, bersti scorer of the game with 21 points, who took the team on his shoulders driving them to the final 3-1 win
Coach Lorenzo Tubertini (Azimut Modena): “It wasn’t easy to win this game, they came here to earn some points, and they played some good volleyball. I’m so happy for the game, the guys were great, these are important points”.
