It’s early fixture time for the Unipolsai Superleague, after the great volleyball showdown last weekend at Unipol Arena for the Del Monte® Italian Cup Final Four, and after the great games of the italian teams in Europe, Champions League and CEV Cup, tomorrow will be the time again for Unipolsai Superleague, with the early fixture between Bioxì Indexa Sora and Exprivia Molfetta, two teams not in the first part of the standings, but who can be protagonists of funny and good games, as all the Unipolsai Superleague teams can do.
Biosì Indexa Sora has been protagonist of a little step in front in the standings, with a point earned at PalaBanca in Piacenza, after the loss at the tie break versus Lpr. Sora is still at the bottom of the standings, but now tied with Revivre Milano, with one more win than Milan. Sora versus Molfetta will face former player Niki Hendriks, who played in Sora in the 2012/2013 season.
Spiker Francesco De Marchi said: “Molfetta is a good team, Giulio Sabbi is having a great season, for the team and for his stats. He’s their go to guy. We will need to contain him, he can be explosive in attack and in the serve.
We are working in the right way in the gym, will be a tough game but we can be a good opponent for them. We have Mattei back in the roster and we are working hard in practice. The week off has been useful for us to work in the gym, to focus on the technical aspects of our game, and to recover the injuries. We will be prepared for the rest of the championship”.
