Gianlorenzo Blengini (coach Cucine Lube Civitanova):
“It’s a busy week, we are waiting for this moment for so long, but we didin’t have so much time to prepare vbecause of the games. I’m not surprised to see Piacenza at this level, they made an expoit eliminating Perugia, they’re playing some good volleyball, a team well coached. We are focused on this game, now”.

Alberto Giuliani (coachLPR Piacenza):
“When we started re building the team, we did not expected to be at this level in so little time. We are so happy to be one of the four teams in this big event. We had lack of continuity in the Superleague, but in our nature there are the features that can lead us into some pivotal games. Versus Civitanova could be one of those pivotal games . We will play a powerhouse, which is in the lead of the Superleague, plenty of champions play in there. We need to be careful of Sokolov, in this part of the season he’s playing great attack, great also in the fundamental of serve”

Angelo Lorenzetti (coach Diatec Trentino):Modena won 5 of last 6 italian events (with him on the bench, nda), that’s why we need to show respect. They are very good in put the opponents in trouble with the serve, and in last years they became very confident under pressure. Will be tough, we are the underdog, but we still have to play, in this showdowns often there are some surprises. In the other semifinal Civitanova is favourite, but never say never with Piacenza”.
Roberto Piazza (coach Azimut Modena): Will be fundamental to focus on the game versus Trento, we’ll have time to think to the evenctual next match, step by step. Diatec is a good team, important, after the loss versus Perugia they stepped up, in Superleague. His coach knows very well Modena, strength and weakness, but need to focus on the game, and play as we know. We’ll have our fans by our side, our eighth man on court.
