Revivre Milano lost badly on the home turf versus Bunge Ravenna. Milano is in last place, four points down Kioene Padova, and tomorrow will face, still at PalaYamamay in Busto Arsizio, healthy Sir Safety Conad Perugia, who defeated Revivre in last five matches between these two teams. Perugia, in second place tied with Diatec Trentino, are coming from a good and important road win in Latina versus Top Volley.
Diatec Trentino won clearly versus Azimut Modena in front of sold out PalaTrento, and now will play again on the home turf versus Exprivia Molfetta, who’s coming from a good home win versus Gi Group Monza, still with few chances to reach the playoffs, in eleventh place.¡¡
Tonno Callipo Calabria Vibo Valentia will face two no tomorrow games in last two games of Regular Season, two very important matches in the playoff hunt. Defeated by Sora in the last round, losing two sets at the extras, Waldo Kantor’s team is in ninth place with 26 punti, will face Top Volley Latina on the home turf, tied with Tonno Callipo in the standings. Latin won 11 games out of 17 of the previous matches, including last game, won by Top Volley 3-2. Latina lost 1-3 versus Perugia on the home turf on sunday.
Calzedonia Verona forced powerhouse Cucine Lube Civitanova to the tie break on sunday, but losing the game in front of enthusiastic sell out crowd. Now Nikola Grbic’s team is at 47 points in the standings, 3 points down Modena in fourth place. Calzedonia will face, in a derby of Veneto, Kioene Padova, second to last in Unipolsai Superleague standings with 19. Padova is coming off a tie break loss in Piacenza. In the previous game of the season Calzedonia Verona won easily 3-0.
LPR Piacenza, after the tie break win versus Padova, is already sure of sixth place in the standings, sure to be in the quartefinals playoff bracket. Piacenza will face at PalaBanca Gi Group Monza, who won the previous game of the season versus Lpr. Last sunday Monza lost at PalaPoli in molfetta, 1-3 versus Exprivia.¡¡
Biosì Indexa Sora earned 4 precious points in last two games , thanks to the tie break loss in milano and to the win on the home turf versus Vibo Valentia. Sora is out of the playoff , and will play at home versus Bunge Ravenna, who never lost a game versus Sora in 6 games played, Ravenna won at PalaYamamay versus Revivre Milano in the previous round, still on the run for the last place in the playoff bracket.
Cucine Lube Civitanova is already in first place in regular season’s standings, thanks to the tiwe brerak win in Verona versus Calzedonia. Lube, already in Champions League for next season, will face at Eurosuole Forum in Civitanova long time rival Azimut Modena, in fourth place of the standings with 50 points. Modena will try to react after the loss in Trento versus Diatec.

VBC Mondovì will play at PalaManera trying to bounce back after the loss at PalaEstra versus Emmas Villas Siena. Mondovì, in fifth place with 18 points, will face BCC Castellana Grotte, who’s coming from a clear win at home on Civita Castellana, now atop the standings together with Siena with 23 points.
Ceramica Globo Civita Castellana needs to forget the loss versus BCC Castellana Grotte and improving the standings, in sixth place with 16 points Civita Castellana will play on the home turf versus Maury’s Italiana Assicurazioni Tuscania, who won all the three games in season versus Ceramica Globo. The last match between these two teams was in Del Monte Italian Cup Serie A2 semifinals, concluded with the win of Tuscania.
Conad Reggio Emilia will face former players Benaglia e Bonetti, after the important win in Lazio versus Maury’s Italiana Assicurazioni Tuscania, a win which put Pupo Dall’Olio’s team one point behind Tuscania. Lagonegro will face Sol Lucernari Montecchio Maggiore, who’s coming from a win versus last team of the standings, Club Italia Crai. With the three points of those win, Montecchio Maggiore got near to Materdominivolley.it in the standings.
GoldenPlast Potenza Picena is playing some good volleyball, but sometimes the results are not so good. Potenza Picena earned only one point in the road game versus Grottazzolina, and in this round will play versus Materdominivolley.it Castellana Grotte, in eighth place in Pool Salvezza, a team who never won versus GoldenPlast. Materdomini.it will try to bounce back from the home loss versus Lagonegro.
Michele Totire’s Club Italia Crai Roma is still in last place of Pool Salvezza with only two points, and still without wins in the Pool. The federal team will face another winless team in this part of the season, Pool Libertas Cantù, in fourth place with 17 points, a team who lost versus Ortona and Alessano, now looking for the first win in Pool Salvezza.
Sieco Service Ortona lost at tie break in Brescia versus Centrale del Latte McDonald’s, after the clear win over Cantù in first round of Pool Salvezza. Ortona will face Videx Grottazzolina, a team in sixth place in standings with 15 points. Grottazzolina is coming from a tie break win on the home turf versus Potenza Picena, and is running a 3 game winning streak.
Aurispa Alessano found new motivations and energies in Pool Salvezza. The team from Salento won clearly two games versus Montecchio Maggiore and Cantù. In next match Vincenzo Mastrangelo’s team will host Pool Salvezza second place’s Centrale del Latte McDonald’s Brescia, down five points by leader of the standings Lagonegro. Two wins apiece for these two teams in the previous four matches.
