UnipolSai Serie A2, the calendar of the Pools
The official calendar of Pool Promozione and Pool Salvezza of Unipolsai Serie A2 are online on legavolley.it, with all the game scheduled brodcasted live on Lega Volley Channel.
In Pool Promozione the best eight teams in the end of the round will play the playoffs, quarterfinals, semifinals and final. The winner will be allowed to Superleague.
On the other hand, at the end of Pool Salvezza, the teams will play in a Play Out series (3rd-8th, 4th-7th, 5th-6th) six teams will challenge each other to stay in Serie A2. The losers of the series will be relegate.
UnipolSai Superleague, the challenges of 22nd round of the tournament
In UnipolSai Superleague there’s no breath. After the great sunday round, which saw some unexpected result, some Champions League challenges and long tie breaks, on tomorrow the teams will be back on court with the 22nd Round of the tournament, round which will see the end on thursday with the game between Lpr Piacenza and Tonno Callipo Calabria Vibo Valentia, live on Rai Sport 1.
Gi Group Monza will host Azimut Modena, Exprivia Molfetta wil receive Sir Safety Conad Perugia, Diatec Trentino at home versus Calzedonia Verona. A Derby at PalaGlobo Polsinelli with the game between Biosì Indexa Sora and Top Volley Latina, while Cucine Lube Civitanova will face Bunge Ravenna, and Kioene Padova will play Revivre Milano.

In fact they will host Sir Saferty Conad Perugia, in third place of the Unipolsai Superleague Standings, a team that Molfetta defeated only 2 times in 9 matches in Serie A.
Diatec Trentino is still keeping the rhythm of the leader of the standings Lube. Still in second place, 6 points behind Blengini’s team. Will not be easy for Trento next game versus Calzedonia Verona, one of the top teams of this part of the season, a team who’s running a streak of 6 wins in a row, with former Trento’s players Mitar Djuric e Alexandre Ferreira. Will be a great game at PalaTrento.
Biosì Indexa Sora is fine after the good win versus Molfetta last friday, but still wants to come back in the standings. Now they’re 12th, with only Padova and Milano behind them. At PalaGlobo Polsinelli, Sora will face Top Volley Latina, in the challenge between the Bagnoli brothers, Bruno and Daniele. In the first place of the season Latina won at the tie break at the end of a marathon.
Cucine Lube Civitanova is dominating this Unipolsai Superleague, and the season in general. After the win in the Del Monte® Italian Cup and the good performances in Champions League, Lube defeated with authority Sir Safety Conad Perugia at PalaEvangelisti, showing a big display of power in this part of the season. Gianlorenzo Belengini’s team will face Bunge Ravenna at EurosuoleForum in Civitanova, Ravenna who’s coming from an important win at Pala De Andrè versus Gi Group Monza. Ravenna will face three former players as Enrico Cester, Antonio Corvetta and Kelen Cebulj. In 22 games between these two teams Lube won 15 times.
Kioene Padova earned a point last sunday, but still with a loss. President Fabio Cremonese called the fans to support the team in the game versus Revivre Milano, who is coming from the clear loss versus Diatec Trentino on the home turf, trying to take advantage of the negative moment of the opponents, trying to win the game and leave the last place in the standings.
