CEO Rebaudengo, sport director Marchesi and coach Diego Flisi analysed in front of 20 students all the factors englobing the life of a team and how to manage them. “The definition of everyone’s role is important – said coach Flisi – Not only on but also off the cout. The members of the staff have defined roles too, with the head coach who should be able to set targets as a group as well as for each individual”.
