Vibo Valentia qualified to the semi-finals of the Italian Cup Serie A2 thanks to a 3-1 win over Ortona. This will be its fifth semi-final in 13 years in the competition. Vibo will now play host to Siena, who knocked out Civita Castellana in Monterotondo. The Vibo squad wanted to dedicate the victory to Antonio De Paola.
