Verona announced the signing of Toncek Stern. This is the sixth new player after the addition of Djuric, Mengozzi, Giovi, Paolucci and Ferreira. Born in Maribor on 14 November 1995, the Slovenian outside hitter played last season in one of the best teams of his home country at Calcit Kamnik. 195cm tall, he has collected 12 appearances in his national team and took part in the last World League.

He’s coming to Verona extremely motivated, and ready to put himself to the test in our competitive league.
