Third time in A2 playoffs

Vibo Valentia will be among the teams at the starting blocks of the Serie A2 playoffs for the third time in the club history. The two previous participations were in 2004 and last season. In 2004, Vibo had registered a historical victory and promotion in the Serie A1. Overall, the club record shows 8 games played with 4 wins and 4 losses. This will be coach Mastrangelo’s fifth time in the A2 playoffs, just like Vedovotto. On the other hand, this will be a first for Davide Marra and the youngsters who came out of the youth department: Corrado, Ferraro and Maccarone.
