Born in 1993, middle blocker Augusto Quarta made his debut in Serie A2 in 2014-15 with Potenza Picena, where he immediately won the league. Here are his first few words after a month of pre-season and the first friendly game : « There is a great feeling, we’ve been working very hard, we’re in the gym all day long, and I see that our intensity is going up bit by bit. I think the preparation is really good and it will launch us towards a good season. I am very happy to be here, volleyball is very important here in the Apulia region. And there is a great staff always present around us ».
