CMC has all the rights in the world to feel good and full of confidence following its third consecutive win, the latest at the tie-break against Latina, worth the 8th position, the last qualifying for the playoffs.
“That was a great victory – said coach Waldo Kantor – The group played with courage and won in Latina, which is tough to do for anyone. I was very angry for not taking the many opportunities we had in the third, we might have been able to seal it in four sets. We were not composed nor focused, and we wasted our chances. And we had a poor start once again, we were not aggressive and determined enough. But as the game wore on we got better. There was a lot at stake and we managed to take two extremely valuable points. I am extremely satisfied”.
