Piacenza close from tie-break

Piacenza’s run was stopped at 24-19 in the fourth set when it thought it was going to play for the game in the tie-break. These are crucial points lost while Monza made the breakthrough against Civitanova and moved up to sixth in front of Zlatanov and co. Not much positive to take out of this game. There were two changes in the starting line-up with Zlatanov and Yosifov in for Marshall and Tencati, which that might have influenced the slow start of the first two sets. Then, in the fourth, it was Geiser’s run of serves that did the trick for Ravenna.
