Menardo and Perla stay

Mondovì have extended the contracts of spiker Michael Menardo and 34-year-old middle blocker Enrico Perla for another season. “I am excited to play another season at Mondovì – said Menardo – I proved in my debut year I could do the job when the team needed me and now it will be important for me to help the team reach its targets”. Perla did not hide his satisfaction either: “The main thing for me will be to remain injury free, unlike what happened last season. It was frustrating to have to wait to get back to full fitness. But my motivation and excitement are as high as ever, I really want to do well”.
