The news is official: Jernej Terpin is a Monza player. Born in 1996, the local boy signed a three-year deal with the club. After a splendid season with Olympia Gorizia, he found a contract in Slovenia’s top division at ACH Volley Lubljana, with which he played in the Champions League.
“Coming back to Italy to play in a league like the SuperLega, which I had been watching for years on TV can only make me happy – said the newcomer – My main goal will be to get better as a player. I had a positive experience in Ljubljana and now I want to make further progress and try to get a little court time among all those super players. I can’t wait to get started and get on court with the Monza shirt on”.
