Iacopo Botto will play for a fifth consecutive season at Monza. A leader, captain and top scorer of the team in the SuperLega last season, he is the third spiker to strengthen Miguel Angel Falasca’s team after Fromm and Galliani. Last season, Botto collected 30 appearances, in 119 sets played he scored 362 points at 43,3% in attack, with 29 aces and 27 blocks (0.23 per set). Besides finishing top scorer of the team in front of Renan (305 points), he was also the best ace-man.
