Recently selected in Italy Under 21 to prepare for the European Championships, Milan’s new middle blocker Gianluca Galassi is getting ready for his first season in the Superlega.
Gianluca Galassi (centrale Powervolley Milano): “I am really excited to play my first season in the SuperLega with Milan. This will be an important year for me, the debut in the top division after some positive experiences in Trento’s youth department and last season at Club Italia (over 200 points scored). I am ready to put myself to the test. I feel a little bit of pressure but I am ready to make the most of this opportunity and train hard with maximum focus and determination every day. I want to learn as much as possible from coach Luca Monti and steal as much as I can from my teammates”.
