The venue of Perugia created quite a stir. A sold-out crowd and a superb atmosphere from start to finish. In spite of being without their outside hitter Atanasijevic, the visitors proved they had a huge potential. Santa Croce lost in straight sets but gave it a good fight, they even led 17-13 both in the second and third set.
