President Miccolis and sport director Primavera officially announced the signing of Alessio Fiore this morning. The strong local spiker comes back home after seven seasons played in the A1 and A2 in teams of the center of Italy. Born in Taranto in 1982, he played last season for Ortona. In the A2 he also played for Sora for two years, Isernia for three and at Taviano, while he experienced the top division with San Giustino. He is one of the top 15 scorers of the Serie A2 with 1531 points in 164 games.

“Finally in Castellana I feel like saying. I’ve often talked to Vito Primavera during the seasons and this year all the conditions were there to reach an agreement – he explained – It’s always nice to come back in your own region, planning to do something positive for the Apulia region. Materdomini Castellana offered me this possibility and I am really excited to be part of this project”.
