Siena conceded its first defeat of the season in Viterbo against Tuscania, one of the tougest team in the group. It’s been a difficult evening for coach Paolo Tofoli, who found it hard at the net and in reception in the clutch time of the encounter. Fabroni and co had an excellent second set but could not repeat that performance in the third. They lacked consistency and focus. Tuscania looked more solid and composed when it mattered most. But it is already time to think about the next one, a big one against Bcc Castellana Grotte on Saturday 19 November at 8.30pm. In the last round, Castellana got rid of Club Italia in just an hour and thirteen minutes. If tofoli’s men were to beat Castellana, they would not only bounce back but regain their top spot in the group.
