In the Materdominivolley.it Castellana Grotte roster that will take part in the coming Serie A2, there are no less than six players coming from the youth academy. There are three players from the Apulia region and two local boys from Castellana Grotte, one of them being Giuseppe Longo. The setter born in 1998 will make his debut into the first team although he made a couple of appearances in 2014-15. Last season, he played in the B2 division with Locorotondo Castellana. Longo helped the club win many regional titles and took part in the last two splendid Junior League runs.
