Romagna had a good record with French players, see Benjamin and Kevin Tillie, and now they brought another one called Julien Lyneel. Born in 1990 in Montpellier, the lefty has been part of his national team since 2011 and he won both the World League and the European Championships in 2015.

“I am thrilled to play for Ravenna – said the newcomer – Both Toti and Kevin told me a lot of good about the club and the city. I wanted to play with consistency again and Ravenna was the best choice for me. I am in good shape and I’m ready to play the World League with France and I’ll fight to be in the 12 that will go to the Olympic Games. In the meantime, I say hello to all the Ravenna fans and I’ll see you soon!”.
