Latina will spend the weekend in Tuscany to play a couple of friendly games against Siena. They will first play in Siena on Saturday and in Chiusi the next day. Siena is newly promoted in the Serie A2, it moved this year from the town of Chiusi to the bigger city of Siena. In its roster, it has former Latina star Jan Snippe as well as Milan Bencz who was in the SuperLega team of Milan last season. Coach Camillo Placì is back from the European Championships, but the Bulgarian Yosifov and the Slovenian Sket (future opponent of Italy) are still in it.
