It’s almost an NBA back-to-back-to-back the one completed by Tuscania in the last few days (in US basketball, that would be three games in three days). It began in Spoleto on Wednesday, then the Segnotti memorial followed against Civita Castellana on Friday and it finished yesterdar with a harsh defeat against Siena as the Tuscania players had heavy legs and were without captain Ottaviani. Only Shavrak and the middle blockers did a decent job. There’s not much time left before the start of the season and recent outings have been a bit disappointing but who knows volleyball knows that sometimes there are silver linings in the defeats conceded because this pushes the squad to work on its weaknesses.
