Born in 1980, captain Andrea Lanci has overcome thousands of battles in 20 years in the club of his home town. A clever setter with a big heart, he is close to 700 games, many of them in the Serie C then Serie B before the much desired Serie A in 2012-13.
“The team has a solid basis and with the new arrivals we’ll try to have a great season and give a game to everyone – said Lanci – It won’t be an easy championship, all the teams are competitive, with so many quality youngsters and top level players. But we will surely have our say, I am confident we will do well”.
