A press conference took place for the official team presentation in Castellanza with the projection of a video realised thanks to the collaboration of Extreme People, a show that goes live every Thursday on Rete 55 and which will host the Powervolley athletes this season.
“I am proud I have been called by Lucio this summer because I feel like a Milan guy – said coach Luca Monti – I can say we picked the players we could afford on the market. Every year people say the league gets worse but I don’t agree with that, every year some international stars join our league and bring it to a higher level. There are five teams who will compete for the title, Verona who made the upset in Perugia on Sunday, Perugia, Macerata, Trento and Modena. Then there are the other teams fighting for the last three playoffs spots. And we want to fight for it too”.
