The 31-year-old setter has played for 19 years at the highlest level, he won two league titles, 2 Italian cups, 2 Italian Super Cups as well as all three European Cups. Besides, he boasts 55 appearances with the Italian nationa team, his first cap came in June 2002 in a friendly won 3.2 against the United States. He won the silver medal at the European Championships 2011 and the bronze at the Olympic Games 2012 in London. His main clubs were Treviso (where he came up) and Piacenza, while he was last year in Modena.
