Latina has found its new libero in Roberto Romiti. The 32-year-old will play his second season in the SuperLega following the last spent in Molfetta. Romiti stands out not only for his quality in dig but also as a receiver. Before his spell in Molfetta, he played in the Città di Castello, Sora and Potenza Picena.
“I had to be patient, but it was worth waiting – said the new Latina player – We had a great season at Molfetta last season and I am extremely motivated to take this new challenge and have another top season. I’ll be back with Sket, with whom I enjoyed playing at Molfetta. I am curious to see who will compose the rest of the team but I am confident for the future”.
