Pre-season begins Monday with new staff

Latina’s season will begin with the routine medical tests. Head coach Placì, the assistants Franchi and Blanco Costa, as well as scout Cibba will benefit this year from the expertise of two athletic trainers to help them through this pre-season and over: they are Glauco Ranocchi who spent years of his life between the football fields and the volleyball courts, and Nicolangelo Antonicelli, who comes from Beach volley and has international experience. There’s also a new physio: Elio Paolini, who will be assisted by Davide Ghisa. Paolini had been in baseball since 1999, working in the Serie A and with the Italian national team Under 21, and he has experience in Superbike.
