Monza welcomed their international stars, Jovovic, Verhees and Rousseaux, all back from the European Championships, just in time for tomorrow’s official team presentation and the friendly game against the Swiss of Lugano. The two clubs had already met about a month ago and Vacondio’s men had won it 3-2.
“We finally have everybody – said Thomas Beretta – After a month and a half of pre-season we will be able to see the full squad on court. Our international stars will surely be in good shape and ready to go thanks to their preparation for the European Championships. I think this week will really be important to prepare the game against Trento. Our main goal will be to find ourselves on court and especially create a good understanding with our setter”.
