Monza came back from Padova with a 3-1 victory in the last friendly game before the league debut against Trento on Wednesday 28. This is the second victory for Padova since coach Vacondio has its full squad available.

“I am extremely satisfied with the performance of the boys today – said coach Oreste Vacondio – I see the players are united, there was cohesion during the whole game. We might have made a few too many mistakes in the second set, but our reaction in the third was extremely positive. We did well in reception, were solid at the net and prolific in attack, be that with the middle blockers or with the spikers, and it was thanks to a good distribution as well from Jovovic”.
