Monza had a good performance, showing great character to overcome the challenge of Padova. This was Monza’s fifth friendly game after the ones against Cantù, Lugano, and the two days with Friedrichshafen.
“We can see in today’s performance that we’re making steady progress – said setter Nicola Daldello – We tried to focus on the break, which is something we did not manage to do with consistency in recent outings. I think this was a bit better. The boys are finding themselves more on court too, I’m sure we’ll be ready in time”.
