Molfetta appointed Flavio Gulinelli as new head coach. Known for his ability to get the best out of his players, he is also a very much appreciated person in the world of volleyball. The club is extremely proud to welcome such a successful and passionate man. Gulinelli had many experiences abroad (Champions League final 2009 with Iraklis Thessaloniki) as well as with the Slovakian national team. Last season, he was the coach of Galatasaray in Turkey. His career began as assistant coach of Bebeto in Parma, and with many trophies to celebrate: two league titles, Cup Winners Cup, Cev Cup, World Club Championships. Still as Bebeto’s assistant, he won the bronze medal, a World League and a World Championships with the Italian national team. At club level, he had a great impact wherever he went and all his experience will now be at the service of Molfetta.
