Italian stars Mengozzi and Ricci’s mixed fortunes

Mixed fortunes for the two Ravenna stars, Fabio Ricci and Stefano Mengozzi, at International level. While the Under 23 of Ricci were prematurely ousted of the European Games following a 3-0 loss against Germany (though Ricci did not play), Mengozzi had scored his first points in the win over Brazil in the World League and was called again for the second match, which was however won by the South Americans (3-0). Mongozzi started the third set and scored two points. Serbia away is next.
