On Wednesday July 1, the Rocky Marciano award ceremony will take place in Ripa Teatina. The award named after the famous boxer, which was established in 2004, will be given to the sports man of the year. This year the special prize will go to the Teramo coach Vincenzo Vivarini, while other awards will be given to the boxer Simona Galassi, the Pescara team of five-a-side football and the Sierco Service Impavida Ortona volleyball team.
