Back from their road trip to Molfetta, the Block Devils are enjoying a rest on Easter. But from Tuesday they will make a full immersion into the coming playoffs. The quarter-finals will begin on Saturday 11 with game 1 at home against Verona.
“We have given everything we had so far – said Argentine setter De Cecco – We went as far as the quarter-finals in the Champions League and fourth place in the league (they had also qualified for the Italian Cup final four). We have always been dedicated and played with maximum effort even when we faced difficulties and injuries. We’re satisfied with all the work done. Now we’re waiting for the playoffs, the most exciting part of the season”.
