After GM Cormio and libero Bari, another one with a past in Trento joins Ravenna. The club announced the signing of Dore Della Lunga. Born in 1984, the spiker played his last two seasons at Perugia and Città di Castello.
“It’s no secret I had found an agreement with Modena, which I had preferred because at 31 you’re not guaranteed anymore to have a chance to play in various high level competitions – explained Della Lunga – But then the deal did not go through and I was very happy to accept Ravenna’s offer. This is a club with great tradition, very professional, where I will be back with Giuseppe Cormio and Andrea Bari. I will do my best to earn a starting role, which would not have been possible in Modena, but which is never guaranteed in any team”.
