2016 CEV DenizBank Champions League

On the eve of the return games, Trentino, Civitanova and Modena all top their group with a three-point advantage on their main followers.

In a key game for the qualification into the Playoffs 12, Trento will be in France to take on Tours, team they dominated in the last round but which is the main threat for the victory of the group. If Lanza and co can make the double over the French, they’ll make a giant step towards the second phase.

Civitanova will be home against Liberec, which they had easily beaten on the road. They have to win it in order to keep the Pols of Belchatow at safe distance.

Same motivation for Modena. After three wins in as many games and without even losing a point, they will try to make the double over Novi Sad in Serbia. In the first meeting, they needed just over an hour to seal the deal. A win would keep the Italians top ahead of the big game against the Polish side of Gdansk.

All the games are on live streaming on www.laola1.tv

Under newly appointed coach Boban Kovac, back in Perugia after a year out with the Iranian national team, Perugia will take on the Slovakian side of Presov, easily beaten in the first leg away from home. Kovac is back but his presence on the bench is not certain tomorrow because of some difficulties in the administrative paperwork. Perugia will only need two sets to go through, and if they do, they will take on the winner of Swd Powervolleys Düren (GER) and Jihostroj Ceske Budejovice (CZE), the latter lost the first leg away at the tie-break.
