League assembly
The final budget of the 2014-15 season has been presented and approved by the Consortium.
Then the Assembly proceeded to the election of the vacant seat in the Board of Directors following the resignation of vice president Michele Miccolis. Reggio’s Emilia’s executive vice president, Azzio Santini, was elected. Then, the Board of Directors had to elect a new vice-president for the Serie A2 and they named Massimo D’Onofrio, Ortona’s sport director.
The Board of Directors also established the new Pistelli “Passion for Volley” award, which will be given to an athlete, referee, coach, fan, journalist or club who will have made a remarkable action, testimony of passion for our sport. The love of the game was indeed something that particularly represented Adelio Pistelli, who passed away on Thursday.
