The final of the Junior League – the Massimo Serenelli Trophy – will be played between Trentino and Castellana Grotte. The two teams had met in the group stage and Trento had won it in straight sets. In the semi-finals they respectively disposed of Modena (3-0 for Trento) and Treia (3-1 for the hosts).
