Del Monte® Junior League
“Massimo Serenelli” trophy finals in Castellana Grotte
Castellana Grotte wuill be the venue of the 24th edition of the Del Monte® Junior League, to be played between May 21 and May 24. This Under 19 national championship is organized by the Italian Volleyball League, in collaboration with the FIPAV Regional Committee from Apulia, and the FIPAV provincial committee from Bari.
13 teams registered in 2014-15: Altotevere Città di Castello, Caffè Aiello Corigliano, Calzedonia Verona, Cassa Rurale Cantù, Cucine Lube Banca Marche Treia, Energy T.I. Diatec Trentino, Materdominivolley.it Castellana Grotte, Maury’s Italiana Assicurazioni Tuscania, Parmareggio Modena, Sieco Service Ortona, Sir Safety Perugia, Top Volley Latina (ASD Roma 12), Vero Volley Monza.
Seven of them have already secured their pass into the finals. Four teams have qualified thanks to their position in last year’s edition: the champs Trentino as well as Treia, Monza and Modena.
The other teams have been divided into three groups. The first two of each group goes through. Castellana Grotte and Ortoan from Group C, as well as Latina from Group B, have qualified.
