PlayOffs 6
Asseco Resovia Rzeszow (POL) – Lokomotiv Novosibirsk (RUS)
PGE Skra Belchatow (POL) – Sir Safety Perugia (ITA)
Halkbank Ankara (TUR) – Zenit Kazan (RUS)
Thirteen thousand supporters are ready to push Belchatow to victory like they did in the playoffs 12 against Treia. This time the Polish champions are up against Perugia, who managed to take a 3-2 edge in the first leg. Only a victory will do it for Perugia, who could write the most exciting page of the club history by going to the final four in Berlin on its first participation in the competition. Atanasijevic, who was MVP of the first leg, knows the atmosphere that awaits them since he played there for two years before coming to Italy.

Trentino is off to Belgium where they will take on Roeselare in the CEV Cup challenge round return leg. Stoytchev’s men obtained a slim 3-2 advantage from the first leg but to make it into the semi-finals, they will need another victory, on any score. If the Belgium side was to win it at the tie-break, there would be a golden set. If the hosts win 3-0 and 3-1, they will go through and Trentino would be out.

Ravenna needs a big night to keep its European dream on track. The Italians did recover from a 2-0 deficit in the first leg in Belgrade to force Red Star to a tie-break, but the 3-2 loss means they will need a 3-0 or 3-1 to go through to the semis. If Mengozzi and co win it at the tie-break, the tie will be decided at the golden set.
