Italian League managers follow two-day training
Two intense days dedicated to the training of 50 managers took place in Bologna.
That was the second event led by the experts of Action Training Network, which involved the clubs and Italian Volleyball League managers. Overall, there are nine days dedicated to various management issues: handling the stress, the relations and leadership, negotiations and team building.
The goal set by the Board of Directors of the Italian Volleyball League Serie A is to create a genuine Register of Managers. The Italian Lega aims to innovate and strengthen the clubs. The consolidation of the clubs is indeed the basis of the project.
This coming month, the agenda will be enriched by three additional seminars, specifically dedicated to the Crowd Manager, the management of sport facilities and budget.
