The pre-season training of the Sora players goes perfectly according to plan with time divided between the swimming pool, weight room, beach volley and the gym.
“There was a good level to start with in terms of athletic fitness – explained athletic trainer Andrea Pozzi – And the boys greatly improved in the few weeks of work done together. The players have all worked extremely hard, which allowed them to get better day after day. Things went beyond our expectations, which enabled us to give a little extra work than what we had initially planned”.
