Alessano Volley began a new collaboration with the G.Salvemini high school. Three of its students were selected to take care of the media department at the club. Every week one of them will interview a player of the first team. The first one is Matej Cernic, who represents the perfect combination of passion, intelligence and determination.
“The team is getting better – said Cernic following the home victory over Mondovì – We need to work every day to find each other better on court. We have a lot of new players so we need to gel and that can happen only by training together”. When asked about more personal matters he said “I love the beach so being here is perfect. As for my free time, me and my wife spend every minute with our daughter, we go to the parks…. We don’t need much to be happy! I come from the countryside in a place of about a hundred inhabitants so it’s very similar to the place where I grew up here”.
