No points once again for the team coached by Vincenzo Fanizza, who conceded its fifth consecutive defeat in Vibo Valentia (3-0). It’s true that playing without starting setter Matteo Pedron is a difficult blow to deal with but overall the team had too many ups and downs to hope for a better result against a team built to win it all.
“I think there was some improvement compared to the game lost against Alessano – said coach Fanizza – I thought the team was more organised, Latorre looked more composed, we played as a team and Castellano, hurt by the flu for a long time, is quickly getting better. All good signs for a team that, I want to remind you, has had to deal with a lot of adversity of late”.
